He regularly undertakes Charity Auctions, specialist talks and events and has featured on popular television antiques programmes.

Lindsay founded Lindsay Burns and Company with Elspeth Burns and has over 40 years experience in the auction world. He has a comprehensive knowledge of all disciplines with specialist knowledge and interest in Scottish Pictures, Silver, Jewellery and Furniture.
Claire Burns
Auction Accounts
Claire manages the office and accounts as well as co-ordinating the saleroom calendar, press, advertising and marketing. Claire has experience of working for International Auction Houses and Galleries in London and Edinburgh and holds an MA in Fine Art from the Royal College of Art. She joined the family business in 2007.

Laura graduated from the University of St Andrews with a Post graduate Diploma in Museum and Gallery Studies. Laura assists Nick with cataloguing the General and Antique and Fine Art sales, undertaking valuations and sale administration.
Jill Lambert
Auction Administrator
Jill co-ordinates the auction house administration, sale accounts and manages the day to day running of the office.
Rachel Morrison
Administration Assistant
Rachel assists with all aspects of the office administration.
Keith Ballantine
Saleroom Manager
Keith is the saleroom manager and manages clients' property, auctions and the general running of the saleroom. He also co-ordinates the saleroom removals and manages the saleroom assistants.

Alan assists with all aspects of the day to day saleroom operations as well as operating the van.
