Valuing Process

We are able to value your property on site at our King Street premises in Perth or we can arrange for one of our valuer’s to visit you. We also hold regular Valuation Days in Perth and in venues across Scotland. We are also able to value property via email using digital images or photographs, or information sent through the link on our website. Verbal valuations are free of charge.
